This week we had successfully finalized the project requirement. Besides that, we had a meeting with Dr. Hoa, who stated that current available conference organizer tools are powerful enough, the features that current available conference organizer tools have lack of is probably the way to increase the interacting of the participants.
I had look into a few scripting and programing languages, and try to find better languages for us to built the web backend. As most of the team members prefer php, then php will be the main language in use, if there is some function which might takes a lot of resources, we might use some compile language to handle it.
