Week 11 - Review teammates documentation

I had been assigned to review Matthew's work for the technical documentation, he is doing the part for the test plans, visions, problems and position statements. Most of the work can be easily extract from the previous SRS Documentation and refine it, so there is no problems in it. The test plan is going take a little bit more time to review, as if we are doing Test Driven Development, those test cases will be the main part of our development and we have to figure it out it correctness.
